Medical Diagnostics in Shanghai for International Patients
Coordinate diagnostic appointments in Shanghai, including MRI and CT. Confirm the exact examination, referral requirements, quote and report delivery.

Request the exact examination
Diagnostic planning starts from US$199. This is an enquiry reference, not a universal standalone MRI tariff or a guaranteed MRI + CT + ultrasound bundle. The accepted quote identifies each examination, body region, protocol, provider and required consultation or order.
Choose your booking route
- MRI: specify the region and side, existing order and desired dates. Use the Shanghai MRI route.
- CT: specify the requested region and examination; the hospital determines any contrast or consultation requirements. Use the Shanghai CT route.
- Ultrasound or laboratory tests: provide the named request and ask about registration, preparation and report collection.
Adding imaging to a health check
MyChinaCheckup lists a US$150 single-region MRI addition only with a Ren’ai check-up package. Contrast costs extra; the offer does not provide standalone MRI appointments. Some Select packages already include one MRI region, so check the package before requesting an extra charge. View the actual package and add-on conditions.
From request to accepted appointment
Start with the test name, body region, travel dates and whether you already have a clinician’s order. Required records are shared later through an agreed channel. The hospital confirms acceptance, safety screening and preparation. Multiple examinations may require separate appointments.
Reports, translation and image files
English-speaking appointment accompaniment is included for confirmed visits through 31 December 2026. Written report translation and DICOM delivery must be specified in the diagnostic quote. The check-up package’s report deadline does not automatically apply to standalone scans, pathology or treatment.
Before departure, confirm the record language, release date, image-file format, access expiry and clinician-review route. Clinical interpretation belongs to the healthcare provider.
