Privacy Notice

How AccessChinaMed handles website enquiries, contact details and documents shared for medical visit coordination, and how to contact us about your information.

Who handles your enquiry

AccessChinaMed is operated by Nanjing Xurun Health Consulting Co., Ltd. (南京旭润健康咨询有限公司). For questions about this notice or your information, email hello@accesschinamed.com. This notice describes the AccessChinaMed website and coordination enquiries.

Information you choose to provide

The enquiry form asks for a name, contact email and a general request. Country, WhatsApp number, service preference, planned city and approximate dates are optional. Please do not put passport numbers, payment details or full medical records in the initial form. If documents are needed later, we explain the purpose and agree the sharing route first.

How information is used

We use enquiry information to reply, clarify your request and coordinate services you ask us to explore. Necessary details may be shared with the healthcare provider or support provider selected for that purpose, after the arrangements are discussed with you. We do not publish your enquiry as a testimonial or patient story. Publication of a case, photo or review requires separate permission.

Form messages and service providers

Enquiries are sent to hello@accesschinamed.com through our website email service. The form is configured for email delivery rather than an additional website submissions database. Messages may remain in the email systems used to handle the enquiry. Hosting and email providers may process technical data needed to operate and protect the service.

WhatsApp, WeChat and external websites

Using WhatsApp, WeChat or an external hospital website also involves that provider’s own privacy terms and systems. Choose a channel you are comfortable using and keep the first message general. Do not send sensitive documents through public comments or post links that grant access to medical reports.

Website technology

The website uses HTTPS for transport encryption and technical components needed to display pages and operate forms. Hosting systems may keep request and security logs. HTTPS does not by itself establish a medical privacy certification. We do not claim HIPAA certification or that every processing activity is covered by a single compliance badge.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics in the website footer. You can decline without affecting any service, or withdraw your choice using Analytics choices. Your preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. We also respect browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.

When enabled, our analytics runs only on the homepage and About page, without query strings or fragments. It reports a generic AccessChinaMed page view and basic browser and device information. It does not track our service, hospital, diagnostic, cost, contact or medical enquiry pages. We do not send enquiry text, names, email addresses, phone numbers, medical records, specific treatment interests, full browsing URLs, referral URLs or user IDs. Automatic form tracking, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.

Google may process analytics information, including setting first-party analytics cookies and receiving a network request, under its own Privacy Policy. Declining analytics prevents our analytics tag from loading. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection and removes analytics cookies accessible to this website. Previously collected data is not automatically erased by changing the browser preference.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry correspondence is used for the request and related service administration. You can ask us to correct information, stop non-essential contact or review deletion of correspondence by emailing the address above. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing service, accounting or other applicable requirements. We will explain any relevant limitation when responding. Please identify the enquiry without sending extra medical or identity documents.

Protecting your information

Only send information relevant to the next step. Check the recipient and agreed purpose before sharing records. Tell us if a message or document was sent in error so we can review access and deletion. No online communication method is risk-free.

Effective and last updated: 24 September 2026.

Case summaries and team photographs

Published coordination examples omit patient names, contact details, identity and report numbers, private links and medical findings. We do not publish the original enquiry conversations, medical reports or payment records. Team photographs are supplied for professional identification; location and device metadata are removed from publication copies. Contact hello@accesschinamed.com if you have a privacy concern about published material.

Initial enquiry form

The initial form asks for a service, name and email. WhatsApp, country, planned city, approximate travel dates and a brief request are optional. Please do not include detailed medical records, identification documents or payment details. Submitting sends your enquiry through the existing website email process to hello@accesschinamed.com. Read this notice and agree to be contacted before sending.

Optional analytics is off until you allow it. It measures general brand visits only, not medical pages or enquiries. Privacy Notice
