Check which hospital department and campus you will attend, whether your passport can be used for registration and whether a local consultation or referral is needed. Ask about spoken English and report language separately.
Review the costs before committing
Request a written scope and quote, identifying hospital fees, optional support and possible extra services. Confirm who collects each payment and the terms for cancellation or changes. Wait for written appointment confirmation before treating a slot as reserved.
Plan the return home as well
Before leaving the hospital, confirm when reports will be ready, whether image files are included and who can explain the findings. If you will already be home, check the collection and follow-up route in advance.
