Browsing and initial enquiries are free. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment. Before payment, agree the provider, campus, service or package, appointment arrangements, included support, total, currency, exact payment recipient and applicable cancellation conditions.

Health-check booking and payment

For ordinary health checks, payment is made in full after arrival in China and before the first examination. Any hospital-required advance payment is explained before you accept the plan and confirm the booking. We send written appointment confirmation after the hospital confirms. Use only the recipient and instructions in your written confirmation.

Confirmed health-check package inclusions

The selected, confirmed package includes its listed examinations, personalised coordination, dedicated English-speaking accompaniment and the hospital-issued Chinese report with full English translation. Extra tests, treatment, medicines, transport and accommodation are excluded unless expressly included. Additions need a disclosed price and your approval.

Current English-accompaniment inclusion terms apply to confirmed visits through 31 December 2026. For later visits, request the applicable written inclusions before paying.

Health-check cancellation and rescheduling

• At least 48 hours before the confirmed appointment: full refund of the amount paid. The notice period is measured against the appointment time in China (UTC+8).
• Less than 48 hours: deduct only actual non-refundable hospital or other provider costs already incurred; explain those costs and refund the eligible remaining amount.
• One complimentary reschedule: subject to hospital availability. Disclose any third-party costs already incurred before the new arrangement is accepted.
• If the hospital cancels: first seek a rearrangement or acceptable alternative; refund the amount for services that cannot be provided if no acceptable option is available.
• If the agreed appointment cannot be secured: full refund if you do not accept the offered alternative.

Dental, eye-care and diagnostic appointments

These services follow the specific written payment and cancellation conditions supplied with their quote. The health-check 48-hour policy is not automatically a treatment or procedure policy. Before accepting, confirm any deposit or advance-payment requirement, rescheduling or cancellation charges, non-refundable provider costs and refund arrangements. English-speaking accompaniment is included through 31 December 2026 within the agreed appointment scope.

Payment confirmation and invoices

The operating and payment-receiving company is Nanjing Xurun Health Consulting Co., Ltd. (南京旭润健康咨询有限公司), Nanjing, China. After payment is received, the team sends payment confirmation and arranges the company’s Chinese tax invoice (fapiao) through its actual invoicing process. Confirm invoice details and the expected issue time before payment; the itemised English quote supplies the English cost breakdown.

A company tax invoice, a hospital-issued bill or receipt and appointment confirmation are distinct documents. Hospital stamps, letterhead and availability need provider confirmation. No document guarantees employer or insurance reimbursement.

Request a change or refund

Contact hello@accesschinamed.com or your agreed coordinator, quoting the booking reference and appointment time. Do not send card details. We confirm the applicable refund amount, method and expected processing time in writing; payment-provider processing times vary.

Existing agreements and source information
